Roofing is weather dependent. In the summer months we can often time start the roofing process in a number of weeks – defending on our backlog of work.
Composition shingle roofs take roughly three days to complete. Metal roofs are custom built and can take a week or more. If tearing off a tile roof to be replaced with a composition shingle roof, the timeframe is roughly one week. This is construction and unforeseen things can occur (deck dry rot that needs to be replaced). So, while we are keenly focused on an expedient re-roof, there are certain things out of our control that require time and effort to make right.

Yes. We handle all aspects of the re-roof from permitting, procurement, labor, warranty, and post sale support.
We have a detailed employee handbook and also follow industry best practices to minimize downtime and maximize roofing capabilities. Worker safety is paramount in making these a reality.
Roofing is a construction project and inherent risks are present. We ask that customers refrain from climbing ladders and inspecting work mid project. We provide a post install final walk to go over all the details of your new roof. Additionally, we will magnetically sweep the property in an attempt to pick up any loose metallic debris. Finally, all trash will be removed and disposed of off site.
